ABC Design Car seat Tulip

Arrive at your destination safely and comfortably, whether it's a short trip to the supermarket or a long journey on holiday. Discover the i-Size car seat Tulip, the safe and comfortable companion for your newborn up to 15 months old. This car seat has been tested according to the latest ECE R129 (i-Size) safety standard and offers optimal support and protection thanks to innovative side-impact protection and a padded 3-point harness that grows with your child. The integrated infant insert provides additional support for your newborn from birth and can be removed as your child grows. The comfortable headrest can be adjusted to four different positions, and the seat cushion padding is removable, allowing you to adapt the car seat to your baby’s height and width. The car seat Tulip from ABC Design received a GOOD (2.2) rating in the 10/2020 edition of Stiftung Warentest and ADAC. ADAC confirms that the car seat Tulip presents a very low injury risk in the event of a frontal collision and provides safe protection in a side impact. Our car seat Tulip not only protects your child in the car: the generous sunshade with UV protection ensures a pleasant shade on sunny days. With its slightly rounded base, the seat offers a gentle rocking function outside the car - perfect for a little comfortable nap! Installation in the vehicle is very simple. Just use the vehicle's 3-point seat belt. The colour-coded belt guides make buckling the belt correctly easier. If you often travel by car, it’s worth purchasing the optional Isofix base. You only need to secure the base once in the car. Then, you simply click the car seat Tulip onto and off the base. A colour indicator always shows you that the installation is correct. Securing the car seat is thus much quicker and safer. If you choose the Isofix Root base, you can rotate the car seat 90 degrees to the side for easier installation and removal of the baby. Weighing only 3.95 kg and with the option to install the seat on the chassis of the ABC-Design stroller, the car seat Tulip is ideal for moving around. Once you’ve arrived at your destination, easily transition from the car to the stroller without waking your child. With the car seat Tulip from ABC-Design, your child is safe and comfortable from birth, whether in the car or as a travel system with your ABC Design stroller. And as a rear-facing seat, the car seat Tulip offers additional protection as it is installed facing the road and thus better absorbs forces in the event of a potential accident.
