This jacket combines a classic look with Arctic-proof performance. Naapuri" is the Finnish word for "neighbor". We named our parka this way because in Finland, it's common for children to inherit durable and classic clothing, like this one, from relatives or even the neighbor's children. Why do we think this late 1990s classic is so special? The waterproof, breathable material and taped seams make it a true all-season champion. A lesser known, yet valuable feature is the "life saver" loop under the right front pocket flap: you can hang your reflector on it to be safe in traffic, without piercing the waterproof fabric. The icing on the cake is the removable faux fur trim that is more than a decoration: it traps warm air around the face, reducing the risk of frostbite. To keep our kids' winters and our neighbors' winters safe, the outer fabric of this Reima Original style parka contains 50% recycled fibers and the warm high loft insulation is 100% recycled.
