Schildkröt Spinball

Thanks to the special rotating movements of the Spin Balls, different muscle groups and tendons can be engaged depending on the position of the arm and wrist. The small rotor inside the Spin Ball can reach up to 12,000 revolutions per minute. The higher the rotation speed, the more the generated forces can correspond to a maximum weight of 15 kg. This connection prevents overloads and activates important deep muscles.

For his performances during the 2018/19 season, the reigning world champion was also awarded the Ski d'Or, which is the highest distinction among German ski athletes.
