Auzou Book for the Wizard of Oz

Dorothy lives with her aunt and uncle in Texas until a tornado takes her to the mysterious kingdom of Oz. There, she meets a brainless scarecrow, a tin man who dreams of having a heart, and a scared lion... The four of them set out to find the Wizard of Oz and ask him to make their wishes come true.
