Arthur and Rose now know: the imaginary world they invented for themselves as children, Groaar, is real. This includes toffee-flavored apples, unicorns, dragons, witch-sirens, but also... Crowky, the terrible raven scarecrow. As they return to Groaar for the vacations, their plans to ride unicorns and watch shooting stars are tarnished by the reappearance of one of their childhood games, Le Carton. Le Carton can bring their worst fears to life, and while they feared clowns and big cats as children, they've grown up, and so have their fears... Crowky is determined to get his hands on the Carton, especially as he now knows there's a way into the real world...
