Auzou Welcome book on adenaom

When Welling (12) and Moé (6) wake up this morning, they're no longer in their orphanage but on a strange island. Equipped with super high-tech facilities, it hosts a hundred other children who also don’t know how they got there. Soon, a voice tells them that a nuclear war has devastated the Earth and that they are the only survivors. What they thought was an island is actually a place protected by a giant bubble that keeps them safe from the unbreathable air outside: Adenaom. They are part of the scientific project of Stavanger, a visionary scientist and founder of the OPE (Private Orphanages of Excellence), who created this survival space governed by a powerful AI, to save the last generation of humans on Earth. Everything seems planned and under control, but still, Welling feels uneasy. She will have to look after her little brother Moé (6), get to know the other orphans, explore the island, and quickly, she will have to choose a side… Do everything the AI asks without thinking or asking questions and try to understand why and how they all ended up here? Why were only orphans saved? Why obey the Artificial Intelligence which, under the pretext of safety, allows no freedom or choice for the children? Who can they trust?
