Description:

On your turn, if the Surveillance token is in front of you, place an authorised Freedom card face up or draw a card and pass the token to someone else. If the token is not in front of you, place a Freedom card face down stating "I have nothing to hide".
Beware! Other players may suspect and accuse you!
Reveal your card, face a penalty if it is forbidden or punish your accuser.
