The Thera-Band® Hand XTrainer offers a variety of exercise options for hand therapy and rehabilitation. With various stretching and flexing movements, you can regain strength and mobility in your hand. Available in four different resistance levels (soft - very firm), the Thera-Band® Hand XTrainer allows for extension and flexion exercises. Exercises with the Thera-Band® Hand XTrainer can be performed with either the fingers or the whole hand. The circularly arranged holes (8 holes) serve this purpose. The material is high-quality polyurethane that's tear-resistant. The hand trainer is also suitable for cold applications (refrigerator or freezer) and heat applications (microwave or boiling water). After use, the hand trainer can be easily disinfected. Just dip the finger trainer in boiling water for a short moment, and it will be disinfected. The hand trainer is available in different resistance levels.
