Discover the kids' cowhide suede sneakers Enterprise Japan 61, a perfect mix of style and contemporary sports heritage.
The ENTJPN 61 is born from THE ARCHIVE SERIES, the project by Enterprise Japan dedicated to the contemporary reinterpretation of archive shoes. It's a research exercise where proportions, materials, and visual codes are reinterpreted through the brand's DNA.
Inspired by 1960s running shoes, the silhouette is sleek and light, with essential volumes that evoke the aesthetic of classic sportswear. The clean and functional design expresses a sporty attitude, made to last and accompany daily movement.
The rock-coloured suede upper highlights the minimalist construction and brings out the dynamic lines of the profile, while the EJ rocket logo lightens up to transform into an essential symbol, almost like a Japanese kanji: a graphic stroke that unites movement, identity, and culture into a single form. The tongue with the heritage label recalls the imagery of 1960s university competitions.
The thin sole, characterised by a deliberately worn effect, introduces time as a project value: an aesthetic sign that gives identity and authenticity to the sneaker.
ENTJPN 61 pays homage to the spirit of the 1961 Osaka Universiade, a symbol of discipline, youthful energy, and a training culture. An essential model that transforms sporting heritage into a contemporary, clean, and timeless form.
